Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the receipt of an item.

Our returns procedure

All returns must be authorised by BargainBikerBrands Limited before they are despatched to us.

Returns authorisation

Before returning any item, please follow our returns authorisation procedure below. We will either E-mail or advise you a returns authorisation number over the phone, along with details on how and where to send your return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number.

1) Contacting Returns Department

Please contact our returns department by sending an E-mail to sales@bargainbikerbrands.com and they will advise
a returns authorisation number.

2) Packing the item

You should expect quality service and attention from BargainBikerBrands every step of the way, whether you’re buying a pair of kneesliders or a £500 motorcycle helmet. And that includes making sure your products are shipped and delivered with care, and on time.

All items are despatched to your home or work address using Royal Mail or Royal Mail ParcelForce – depending on size and value – within two working days once payment has been received. We always endeavour to send items out free of carriage but due to the charges we incur this is not always possible. 

If your shopping basket is over £25 then we will send the goods to you in the UK FREE OF CHARGE. Depending on the size and value of the order we will use either Royal Mail Parcel Force tracked or Royal Mail Recorded delivery to any UK mainland destination.

All helmets are sent Royal Mail Parcel Force Next Working Day Tracked to any UK Mainland destination FREE OF CHARGE and if you supply your mobile number when placing the order you will receive a text message giving you a 90 minute delivery window so you no longer have to stay in all day waiting for your parcel.

If you are buying outside the UK then we always try and keep the charges to the minimum using the Royal Mail or Royal Mail ParcelForce.
